What Habit FM is
Habit FM is a calm app with sounds for habits, focus, and rest. It is made by Adolfo Ocampo in Sweden.
Using it kindly
Please use Habit FM without abuse. Do not break, scrape, or overload the service. Do not use it for anything illegal.
Your content and ours
What you create in Habit FM stays yours. Habit FM's sounds, videos, and design stay ours. Personal use is fine.
Other platforms
When Habit FM shares its own videos on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or Facebook, those platforms' own terms apply too. Habit FM only posts its own content to its own accounts.
Not medical advice
Binaural beats, focus sounds, and sleep sounds are for relaxation and habit support, not medical treatment. Talk to a doctor about health concerns. Do not listen while driving.
Plain words about liability
Habit FM is provided as is. We do our best, but we cannot promise it is always available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing here limits the rights you have under consumer law.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date below. If you keep using Habit FM, you accept the new terms.
Law
These terms follow Swedish law, and the courts of Sweden decide any dispute. Your consumer rights in your own country still apply.
